Forecast Discussion:
A small and quick-moving low-pressure wave will pass through Arizona today (Friday) and provide the Miami area with some slight rain chances. Total rainfall amounts aren't expected to be a lot, though. Nevertheless, any rain would help to reduce local PM10 (dust) levels.
Moreover, as the wave traverses Arizona, it will result in breezes picking up out of the east later tonight and help maintain some breeziness throughout the weekend. Given the recent rain, and the potential for some more today, PM10 levels aren't expected to respond much to the winds (i.e. dust should be minimal). Winds may even help to reduce locally produced PM10.
Overall, PM10 is forecast in the Good AQI category each day.
